RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to love your purchase from ALLAINÉ.
If for any reason your item isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unused and in original condition
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Free from marks, stains, fragrances or damage
• Accompanied by proof of purchase
To request a return, please contact us at enquiries@allaine.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
Once your return has been approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
STORE CREDIT
Approved change-of-mind returns will be issued as store credit.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
SALE ITEMS
All sale, clearance, promotional and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
When required, we will provide a repair, replacement or refund.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges (excludes Bathurst residents).
If you would like a different size or style, please lodge a return request and place a new order for the desired item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
