We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible and provide a smooth delivery experience across Australia.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During promotional periods, product launches or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method selected.

We currently offer:
• Standard Shipping
• Express Shipping
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150

Shipping rates and delivery options may change from time to time without notice.


DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery timeframes after dispatch:
• Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.


REGIONAL & RURAL DELIVERY

As ALLAINÉ is based in regional New South Wales, we offer free delivery to Bathurst residents. 

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

If you have not received tracking details within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.


LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the carrier's responsibility.

If your parcel is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us, and we will assist where possible.


INCORRECT SHIPPING DETAILS

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

ALLAINÉ is not responsible for delays, losses or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not currently available.
